How does payment work right now?

You pay your package via Vodafone Cash or InstaPay and upload a screenshot as proof. Our team reviews and approves within ~6 hours. Online card payments are coming soon.

Do my clients pay for GymRate too?

No. Trainees use the app free when they train with you. They can also go fully solo with AI-built plans at no cost. You only pay for the coaching tools.

Can I move my existing clients over?

Yes. Share your coach code or invite link and clients connect instantly. You can rebuild their plans with AI from a quick intake in minutes.

What happens after my 14-day trial?

Nothing automatic — we email you 3 days before it ends. Pick a package when you're ready; your data and clients stay put.

Can I change packages later?

Anytime. Upgrade as your roster grows or downgrade between billing periods. Yearly plans save you two months.

Is there a web dashboard?

Yes, on Pro and Studio. Build plans, review check-ins, and manage your roster from a full desktop dashboard as well as mobile.
