The terms that govern your use of GymRate.

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the GymRate website, apps, and services (together, the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

The service

GymRate is a fitness coaching platform for coaches, gyms, and trainees. It provides tools for workout and diet plans, progress tracking, check-ins, messaging, and related features. Some features require a paid subscription.

Accounts

  • You must provide accurate information and keep your login credentials secure.
  • You are responsible for activity that happens under your account.
  • You must be legally able to enter into these Terms in your country.

Subscriptions & payment

  • Paid plans are billed in advance for the period you select. Current prices are shown on our pricing page.
  • Payments are processed by our third-party payment provider; by paying you also agree to the provider’s terms.
  • Cancellation and refunds are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Acceptable use

  • Don’t misuse the Service, interfere with it, or try to access it unlawfully.
  • Don’t upload unlawful, harmful, or infringing content.
  • Content and coaching guidance are for general fitness purposes and are not medical advice. Consult a qualified professional before starting any program.

Intellectual property

The Service, including its software, design, and branding, is owned by GymRate and its licensors. You retain ownership of content you upload, and grant us the limited rights needed to operate the Service.

Termination

You can stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if these Terms are breached. You can delete your account and data — see account deletion.

Disclaimers & liability

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, GymRate is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the “last updated” date above, and continued use of the Service means you accept the updated Terms.
